Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EditBanana, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service description

EditBanana provides online AI-powered image editing tools, including background removal, object removal, text removal, background blur, and natural-language image editing. Some operations require a signed-in account and consume model-based credits.

Accounts

Authentication is provided by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity performed through your account.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid subscriptions are processed through Creem. Plans include a monthly credit allowance. Different AI models may cost different credit amounts. Credits may be reserved before a model request and finalized after a successful operation.

• Failed provider calls are intended to refund reserved credits automatically.
• Parameter-only local edits may not consume credits.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless a plan explicitly says otherwise.
• Plan access and available models may change as the Service evolves.

User content and conduct

You are responsible for images and prompts you submit. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or invasive content.
• Violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, or misleading content intended to deceive.
• Attempt to bypass account, subscription, credit, security, or rate-limit controls.

AI output

AI results may be imperfect, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them commercially, publicly, or in sensitive contexts.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, EditBanana is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
